1) Purpose and Scope
These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern the purchase of tickets and attendance at events organized by APERIGALA SAGL (“Organizer”) and/or events organized by the Organizer’s partners, where indicated on the event page.
2) Ticket Purchases and Official Channels
Tickets must be purchased exclusively through the official website before the event begins. Tickets purchased on-site at the entrance via POS terminal—if permitted and if this option is technically available—may incur additional fees. In any case of on-site purchase, the participant acknowledges that the sale is subject to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3) Ticket is non-transferable and must be in the holder's name
The ticket is personal and must be in the holder's name.
It is not transferable to third parties.
The Organizer may conduct checks at the entrance.
If the name on the ticket does not match the name on the ID, admission may be denied.
3.1) Acceptance of the T&C even in the case of entry without an online purchase at
. Access to and/or attendance at the event, for any reason (online ticket, on-site purchase, accreditation, invitation, staff, vendor, partner, guest of a guest), implies full acceptance of these T&C.
4) Prohibition on Resale
Resale, transfer to third parties, auctioning, or use of the ticket for unauthorized commercial or promotional purposes is prohibited.
5) Non-refundable and non-transferable
Tickets are non-refundable.
In the event of non-attendance, tardiness, personal circumstances, illness, travel, non-extreme weather conditions, or any other cause not attributable to the Organizer, no refund will be provided.
In any case, commission fees, transaction fees (cards/PSP), platform fees, service and administrative fees, or any third-party charges related to the payment are non-refundable.
6) Changes, Rescheduling, and the Program
The Organizer reserves the right to change the date, venue, times, lineup, artists, and content of the event for organizational, technical, or safety reasons, or for reasons beyond the Organizer’s control. In the event of a postponement, the ticket remains valid for the new date announced.
7) Dress code
Compliance with the dress code and the event’s theme is an essential condition for admission. The Organizer may deny admission to anyone who does not comply with the dress code or whose attire is not consistent with the event’s theme.
8) Safety, Conduct, and Access
Conduct that disturbs other participants, violates safety rules, is aggressive or harassing, or puts people or property at risk may result in:
Immediate removal from the event without the right to a refund;
intervention by security and/or the relevant authorities, if necessary.
9) Prohibited Items
It is prohibited to bring dangerous items, illegal substances, or any material that could compromise the safety of the event. The Organizer may conduct inspections and deny access if prohibited items are found, and may call upon security and/or the relevant authorities to intervene if necessary.
10) Participant’s Liability for Damages
The participant is personally liable for any damage caused to persons, property, furnishings, equipment, works of art, or facilities belonging to the host venue and/or the Organizer, resulting from the participant’s conduct, negligence, recklessness, or willful misconduct.
10.1) Liability for Accompanied Guests (Joint and Several Liability)
Anyone who brings, accompanies, or grants access to the event to one or more persons (“Accompanied Guests”), including guests of guests, partners, clients, and invitees, is required to supervise their conduct and is jointly and severally liable for any damage caused by the Accompanied Guests to persons or property at the venue and/or belonging to the Organizer.
10.2) Identification and Cooperation
In the event of damage or dangerous conduct, the Organizer may collect identifying information and cooperate with the venue and/or the relevant authorities to investigate and manage the incident. The participant agrees to cooperate and provide their identifying information upon request.
10.3) Indemnification of the Organizer
The participant indemnifies and holds harmless the Organizer, its legal representatives, collaborators, partners, and the host venue from any claim for compensation, complaint, legal action, or demand made by third parties arising from the conduct, acts, or omissions of the participant and/or their accompanying guests during the event. This indemnification includes, by way of example and without limitation, property damage, personal injury, pecuniary and non-pecuniary damages, and any consequences arising from negligent, reckless, or willful misconduct. The participant also agrees to reimburse the Organizer for all expenses incurred in handling such claims, including legal fees, expert witness fees, and debt collection costs.
10.4) Compliance with the venue’s rules
The participant agrees to fully comply with the host venue’s internal rules, the instructions of the floor staff, security personnel, and the Organizer, and to behave in a manner appropriate to the setting and the prestige of the venue. Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal from the venue without the right to a refund and the participant may be held liable for any damages caused.
10.5) Responsible Alcohol Consumption
Participants agree to consume alcoholic beverages responsibly. The Organizer reserves the right to limit or suspend the serving of alcoholic beverages to individual participants and/or to remove participants who show signs of intoxication or engage in inappropriate behavior, without the right to a refund. Any damages or accidents caused while under the influence of alcohol or other substances remain the sole responsibility of the participant.
10.6) Acceptance of Risk
The participant declares that he or she is participating in the event voluntarily and is aware that participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: crowds, potentially slippery surfaces, stairs, the presence of valuable furnishings and works of art, and varying lighting conditions. The participant accepts these risks and waives any claim against the Organizer for events not directly attributable to gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the Organizer.
11) Personal Belongings
The Organizer is not liable for the loss, theft, damage, or misuse of personal belongings during the event. Participants are responsible for taking good care of their personal belongings.
12) Food Allergies and Intolerances
Participants are required to inform the dining room staff directly before consuming any food or beverages and to verify that they are suitable for their needs. The Organizer and/or catering providers do not guarantee the absence of cross-contamination. Consumption is at the participant’s sole responsibility.
13) Photography, Videography, and Use of Images
During the event, photographs and videos may be taken, and live streaming may occur on social media or other digital platforms for the purpose of documenting and promoting the event. By participating, attendees agree to be filmed and authorize the use of their likeness for promotional and/or marketing purposes by the Organizer and partners associated with the event, on both online and offline channels, without time limits, without the need for further consent, and without compensation.
14) Outdoor Events and Inclement Weather
Outdoor events will take place even in case of inclement weather, unless conditions compromise safety. In the event of a postponement or cancellation due to severe weather, the ticket will remain valid for the next announced date.
15) Maximum Capacity and Limited Access
Admission is permitted until the venue reaches its maximum capacity, in accordance with current safety regulations. Reaching maximum capacity does not entitle those unable to enter to a refund.
16) Minors and Pets
Minors are not permitted to attend. Pets are not allowed at events, unless otherwise specified for individual events and subject to legal exceptions for service animals.
17) Communications (service and promotional)
By purchasing a ticket, the participant agrees to receive service-related communications (e.g., purchase confirmation, logistical details, organizational updates). Any promotional communications, if sent, will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and may be discontinued at the recipient’s request in accordance with the procedures indicated in the communications.
18) Privacy
Personal data collected during registration and purchase will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Privacy Policy available on the Organizer’s website.
19) Limitation of Liability of the Organizer
The Organizer’s liability toward the participant is limited solely to cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. Under no circumstances shall the Organizer be held liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or damages resulting from force majeure. Any liability for damages on the part of the Organizer is, in any case, limited to the value of the ticket purchased by the participant.
20) Severability Clause
If one or more provisions of these T&C are deemed null, invalid, or unenforceable by a competent court, such nullity, invalidity, or unenforceability shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain fully effective and binding. The void, invalid, or ineffective provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that achieves, to the extent possible, the original economic and legal purpose.
21) Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. For any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions and/or participation in events, the exclusive jurisdiction is Lugano, Switzerland.
22) Acceptance
By purchasing a ticket, gaining access to, and/or attending the event in any capacity (online ticket, on-site purchase, invitation, accreditation, staff, vendor, partner, guest of a guest), the participant declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions in the version in effect at the time of purchase or access.

2) Purchase of official tickets and channels. Tickets must be purchased exclusively through the official website before the start of the event. Tickets purchased on an exceptional basis at the entrance via POS—if permitted and if this option is technically available—may incur additional costs. In any case of on-site purchase, the participant acknowledges that the sale is subject to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3) Named tickets, non-transferable. The ticket is personal and named.
It is not transferable to third parties. The Organizer may conduct checks at the entrance. If there is a discrepancy between the name on the ticket and the name on the identification document, access may be denied.
3.1) Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions Even in the Case of Entry Without an Online Purchase: Access to and/or presence at the event, for any reason (online ticket, on-site purchase, accreditation, invitation, staff, supplier, partner, or guest of a guest), constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
4) Prohibition on Resale: The resale, transfer to third parties, auction, or use of the ticket for unauthorized commercial or promotional purposes is prohibited.

In the event of non-participation, delay, personal impediments, illness, travel, non-extreme weather conditions, or any other cause not attributable to the Organizer, no refund will be provided. In any case, commission fees, transaction fees (cards/PSP), platform fees, service and administrative fees, or any third-party charges related to the payment are non-refundable.

7) Dress Code: Compliance with the dress code and the event’s theme is a prerequisite for admission. The Organizer may deny admission to anyone who does not comply with the dress code or whose attire is not appropriate for the event setting.
8) Security, Behavior, and Access: Behavior that disturbs other participants, violates safety regulations, is aggressive or harassing, or puts people and property at risk may result in:
Immediate removal from the event without the right to a refund; Security personnel and/or the appropriate authorities may intervene if necessary.
9) Prohibited Items: It is prohibited to bring dangerous objects, illegal substances, or any material that could compromise the safety of the event. The Organizer may conduct inspections and deny access if prohibited items are found, and may call upon security and/or the appropriate authorities to intervene as necessary.
10) Participant’s Liability for Damages The participant is personally liable for any damage caused to people, property, furnishings, equipment, works of art, or facilities belonging to the host location and/or the Organizer, resulting from the participant’s conduct, negligence, recklessness, or willful misconduct.
10.1) Responsibility for Accompanied Guests (Joint and Several Liability) Anyone who brings, accompanies, or allows one or more people (“Accompanied Persons”)—including guests of guests, partners, customers, and other guests—to enter the event is required to monitor their behavior and is jointly and severally liable for any damages caused by the Accompanied Persons to people or property at the venue and/or to the Organizer.
10.2) Identification and Cooperation In the event of damage or dangerous conduct, the Organizer may collect identification information and cooperate with the venue and/or the relevant authorities in investigating and managing the incident. The participant agrees to cooperate and to provide their identification information upon request.
10.3) Organizer’s Indemnification. The participant indemnifies and holds the Organizer, its legal representatives, collaborators, partners, and the host location harmless from any claim for compensation, claim, legal action, or demand made by third parties arising from the behavior, acts, or omissions of the participant himself and/or his companions during the event. Such compensation includes, but is not limited to, property damage, personal injury, and non-pecuniary damages, as well as any consequences arising from negligent, reckless, or malicious conduct. The participant also agrees to reimburse the Organizer for all expenses incurred in handling such claims, including legal fees, expert fees, and debt collection fees.
10.4) Compliance with the venue’s rules: The participant agrees to fully comply with the internal rules of the host venue, the instructions of the dining room staff, security personnel, and the Organizer, and to behave in a manner appropriate to the context and prestige of the venue. Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal without entitlement to a refund and liability for any damages caused.
10.5) Responsible Alcohol Consumption. The participant agrees to consume alcoholic beverages responsibly. The Organizer reserves the right to limit or suspend the serving of alcoholic beverages to individual participants and/or to remove participants who show signs of intoxication or inappropriate behavior, without the right to a refund. Any damage or accidents caused while under the influence of alcohol or other substances remain the sole responsibility of the participant.
10.6) Risk Acceptance The participant declares that he or she is participating in the event voluntarily and is aware that participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: crowding, potentially slippery surfaces, stairs, the presence of valuable furnishings and works of art, and varying lighting conditions. The participant accepts these risks and waives any claim against the Organizer for events not directly attributable to gross negligence or intent on the part of the Organizer itself.
11) Personal Belongings: The Organizer is not responsible for the loss, theft, damage, or misuse of personal belongings during the event. Participants are required to take good care of their personal belongings.
12) Food Allergies and Intolerances: Participants are required to inform the dining room staff directly before consuming food or beverages and to verify that the items are suitable for their needs. The Organizer and/or catering suppliers do not guarantee the absence of cross-contamination. Consumption takes place at the participant’s sole responsibility.
13) Photos, videos, and use of images: During the event, photographs and video recordings may be taken, and live streaming on social media or other digital activities aimed at documenting and promoting the event may take place. By participating, the participant agrees to be filmed and authorizes the use of his or her image for promotional and/or marketing purposes by the Organizer and the event’s partners, on both online and offline channels, without time limits, without the need for further consent, and without compensation.
14) Outdoor events and inclement weather: Outdoor events will take place even in the event of inclement weather, unless conditions pose a safety risk. In the event of a postponement or cancellation due to severe weather, the ticket will remain valid for the next date announced.

16) Minors and animals Minors are not permitted to participate. Pets are not allowed at events, unless otherwise specifically indicated for individual events and subject to legal exceptions for service animals.
17) Communications (service and promotional) By purchasing the ticket, the participant agrees to receive service communications (e.g., purchase confirmation, logistical details, organizational updates). Any promotional communications, if sent, will be handled in compliance with applicable laws and may be discontinued at the recipient’s request in the manner indicated in the communications.
18) Privacy: The personal data collected during registration and purchase will be processed in accordance with applicable laws on the protection of personal data and the Privacy Policy available on the Organizer’s website.
19) Limitation of the Organizer’s Liability The Organizer’s liability toward the participant is limited solely to cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. Under no circumstances may the Organizer be held liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of earnings, or damages resulting from force majeure. In any event, the Organizer’s liability for compensation is limited to the value of the ticket purchased by the participant.
20) Severability clause. If one or more provisions of these Terms and Conditions are held to be null, invalid, or unenforceable by a competent judicial authority, such nullity, invalidity, or unenforceability shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain fully effective and binding.
